The SC-015 Dustproof Test Chamber (also known as a sand and dust test chamber) is suitable for testing and verifying the dustproof performance of the enclosures of various products, including electronic and electrical products, lighting fixtures, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automotive and motorcycle parts. The SC-015 sand and dust test chamber simulates a dry dust environment, precisely controlling dust concentration, blowing pressure, and test time to reproduce the actual usage state of products in natural or industrial dust environments. This allows for the assessment of the impact of dust intrusion on the internal circuitry, mechanical structure, and operational performance of the product.
The SC-015 Sand and Dust Test Chamber, relying on the coordinated operation of a sealed test chamber and a circulating dust blowing system, achieves uniform dust distribution and recycling. It can complete dustproof tests of IP5X, IP6X, IP5KX and IP6KX levels, providing reliable testing conditions for product R&D verification and quality control, and helping products operate stably in high-dust environments. Simultaneously, the sample status can be monitored in real time through an observation window during the test, and the accompanying dust collection and filtration system facilitates post-test cleaning and equipment maintenance, further ensuring the continuity and safety of the testing process.

1. The equipment is powered by 50Hz by default, but 60Hz custom power supply is supported (Note: 50Hz equipment cannot be used with 60Hz power supply, otherwise the rotation speed will be abnormal and will not meet the standard, and the lifespan will be shortened).
