LS-B46 Coupler Pull-out Force Test Device is designed and manufactured in full accordance with standard IEC 60320-1:2021 Clause 16 Figure 3 and Table 15, and is suitable for checking the maximum extraction force of the appliance coupling. The minimum extraction force is achieved by inserting a single-stage plug in a handheld manner. The LS-B46 consists of a control cabinet, mounting plate, heating device, standard socket gauge, weight hook, main weights and additional weights.
Test principle: Fix the appliance input socket to the bottom plate of the heating device so that the pin of the appliance input socket is vertical and the free end of the plug is facing downward. Select the corresponding weight for the corresponding sample, insert the connector sample into the appliance input socket, and hang the corresponding weight at the end of the connector wire. The connector should not shake when the main weight is suspended, and the supplementary weight is allowed to fall on the main weight from a height of 5cm. The connector should not remain in the appliance input socket. For testing connectors under hot and extremely hot conditions, the heating function should be turned on, and the maximum extraction force test should be started after the temperature is reached.
