IEC 60884.1 IEC 60669-1 Clause 12.3.12 Screwless Terminal Deflection/Bending Test Device

The JCY-2 Screwless Terminals Bending Test Device fully complies with Clause 12.3.12 Figure 12 of IEC 60884-1:2022 (GB/T 2099.1-2021) and Clause 12.3.12 Figure 11 of IEC 60669-1:2017 (GB/T 16915.1-2024). After connecting the conductors according to the standard, the conductors are subjected to bending tests, and their voltage drop is measured to assess the clamping ability and contact performance of the non-threaded terminals. This is to inspect whether the screwless Terminals can be clamped even when subjected to bending during the wiring process and whether the bending force has been transmitted to the clamping component after connecting to the solid core conductor.
