IEC 61386-22:2021 Clause 10.4 and Figure 101 Bending Test Apparatus for Pliable Conduit

LS-B53 is suitable for bending test of pliable conduit, with a bending angle of 90°. After the test, observe whether the sample has cracks. It complies with the standard requirements of IEC 61386-22:2021 Clause 10.4 and Figure 101 (GB/T 20041.22-2009 Clause 10.4 and Figure 101) and Appendix C of JG/T 526-2017.

Specifications:

•  Roller radius: 48, 60, 75mm
•  Sample bending angle: 90°

Instructions:
Fix the sample vertically on the bending tester, select the roller with the corresponding radius to rotate the sample, manually bend the sample slowly 90° to the left, manually restore verticality, then manually bend it slowly 90° to the right, and manually restore verticality. This process is one operation, and it is operated 4 times in a row. Then manually bend the sample slowly 90° to the right and keep it for 5 minutes. Remove the bent specimen and rotate it (45±5)° so that the straight part of the specimen is (45±5)° with the plumb line, with one end facing up and the other end facing down. Finally, insert the inner diameter gauge from the top of the specimen and it should pass smoothly.
