The DWC-1 Low-temperature Impact Device is according to IEC 60884-1 Clause 24.5 Figure 30 and Clause 30.5 Figure 42 (GB/T 2099.1 Clause 24.5 Figure 27 and Clause 30.5 Figure 42 ), IEC 61386-1 Clause 10.3 Figure 2 (GB/T 20041.1 Clause 10.3 Figure 2), IEC 60811-1-4 Clause 8.5 Figure 2 (GB/T 2951.14 Clause 8.5 Figure 2), IEC 60245-1 (GB/T 5013.1) and IEC 60227-1 (GB/T 5023). The test is used to evaluate the impact resistance of PVC insulation at low temperatures for various PVC sheathed cables, wires, flexible cords, and unsheathed parallel flexible cords.
