The LS-B18 Plug Gripping Test Device With Reference Plug is completely designed and manufactured based on the requirements of IEC 60884-1:2022 Annex B (GB/T 2099.1-2021 Appendix C) to do plug gripping test.

Specification:
• Compared plug: 304 stainless steel, the surface roughness of the plug is 0.5 μm ~ 0.8 μm
• Compared with the number of plugs: 1 piece
• Including test fixture
• Including force gauge (200N)
Operation Steps:
1. Prepare the test plug, clamp the test plug with the sample fixture, the plug surface is flush with the plate’s bottom surface, the test plug pins go through the hole of the plate, the rod goes through all the holes of the plug pins,then hook the digital force gauge on the top ring, pull the force gauge and record the force value three times.
2. Clamp the reference plug with the sample fixture, the reference plug surface is flush with the plate’s bottom surface, then the rod goes through the hole of the reference plug, hook the digital force gauge on the top ring, pull the force gauge and record the force value three times.
3. Compare the force values of step 1 with the force values of step 2 as per IEC 60884-1 Annex B
