  • Description
  • The LSPTT-1 Plug Torque Tester is according to IEC 60884-1 Clause 14.23.2 (GB/T 2099.1 Clause 14.23.2), IEC 60335 – 1 Clause 22.3 (GB/T 4706 Clause 22.3)、IEC 60065 Clause 15.4.1 Figure 11 (GB 8898 Clause 15.4.1 Figure 11) and IEC 62368-1 Clause 4.7 (GB/T 4943 .1 Clause 4.7). This device is used to check the torque size applied to the output socket after the device with the plug inserted into the fixed output socket is inserted into the output socket.

    Specification:
    • Types of sockets: One of each universal socket (suit for GB and BS plug), UL socket, European socket.
    • Weight configuration: 1N, 1.25N, 2.5N each 1pc.

    Test Process:
    1. Adjust the test of the right part of the device to the left edge of the balance weight at 10mm of the steel ruler, and then adjust the balanced regulating weight of the left to make the balance arm is in a horizontal state, and then observe whether the horizontal instrument on the balance arm is horizontal (whether the horizontal position is in the middle position). If it’s horizontal position, the intersection of the output socket is in a vertical position.

    2. Insert the sample into the output socket, and adjust the position of the balance weight to the right, so that the insertion surface is in a vertical position (observing whether the horizontal soak is in the middle).

    3. Read the value on the steel ruler and take the weight of the balance weight, the result is the moment when the sample is applied to the output socket. You can also place the 2.5N weight at the starting point of the balance arm (the test of the tester on the right of the device is located at 10mm at the steel ruler) at 100mm. By observing the state of the balanced arm to determine whether the sample applies to the scope of the standard specified.
