IEC 60669-1 Clause 18.3 Tungsten/Halogen Lamp Load Cabinet

The Tungsten/Halogen Lamp Load Cabinet is designed and manufactured according to the general technical requirements of IEC 60669-1:2018 Clause 18.3 (GB 16915.1-2024 Clause 18.3), IEC 60884-1:2022 (GB/T 2099.1-2021), IEC 62368-1:2023 (GB/T 4943.1-2022), IEC 60598-1:2024 (GB/T 7000.1-2023) and other relevant standards. It is a special equipment for testing the switching capacity and normal operating life of switches for household and similar fixed electrical installations. The rated voltage of the tested accessories such as switches is not more than 250V, and the rated current is not more than 16A. The purpose is to assess whether accessories such as switches can withstand current surge impacts and electrical fatigue damage in normal use, whether there is contact adhesion or long-term disconnection, and whether there is excessive wear and other harmful consequences.

The Tungsten/Halogen Lamp Load Cabinet has a control power switch, product power-on current, voltage and power, frequency display instrument, load power output switch, status and lamp group number indicator, current output and stop button, current (power) quantity selection switch, alarm, etc., and the voltage output adjustment knob is at the bottom of the front. There are tungsten lamp load combinations, AC contactors, relays, etc. inside, and the heat is cooled by strong wind diversion. There is a terminal block at the bottom, which is connected to the product in the test machine through wires and outputs current during the detection process.
