CEI 23-50 Plugs and Sockets for Domestic and Similar Uses

This Standard CEI 23-50 applies to plugs, fixed or mobile socket-outlets and extension cords for alternating current only, with or without earth contact, with a nominal voltage exceeding 50 V but not exceeding 440 V and with a nominal current not exceeding 32 A, intended for domestic and similar uses both indoors and outdoors. The rated current is limited to a maximum of 16 A for fixed sockets with screwless terminals.
